Cover Letter for “Language Assessment Information”

Hi
i am just about to apply for canadian immigration under skilled labor category.
I have not taken IELTS yet, but my entire period of education was in english. I have studied 4 years in USA towards my masters program and have about 2-3 years of work experience.. I am from India and english is the medium of instruction throughout my education..

Can somebody please provide me a format for writing a coverletter that would justify not taking IELTS because of my background or cover letter in general that should accompany the application..

Variations

Since I come from a totally English speaking background and home country, it was quite simple for me. I included my education in English, my professional experience using the English language and i accompanied my letter of excludeability with a notarized copy of my transcripts etc, that reflect my Ehglish education. I am certain that you will do fine so guess you will be in Canada real soon.
